Spicy Sausage is concealed inside puff pastry bites, then tempered with our honey mustard dipping sauce. Delicious!
Smokey Salmon Spread
We all loved this and think you will too! Salmon, dill weed, cream cheese and more make this a delectable spread to serve at any holiday function. Spread on French bread rounds we provide or on your favorite cracker. (Thaw and serve)
Asian Chicken Wings
A great potluck item to share, or use as a light supper! Two pounds of wings are marinated with green onions, honey, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and soy sauce!
Creamy Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Pate is baked in the oven till bubbling, creamy and rich with artichoke, cheese and garlic. This is fantastic served with potato rosemary bread that we provide.
Feta Cheese Bites
A creamy feta cheese mixture is encased in wonton wrappers that bake up to a crispy delicious golden brown. We've reduced the fat by using wonton wrappers, instead of puff pastry and you can add sun dried tomatoes to have a serving tray of holiday green and red colors!
Assemble all of these appetizers for the freezer!Call your friends, as we must have a minimum of 5 customers to run sessions. Book your session as a private party with your closest friends.Each appetizer will yield about 18-24 servings.
